Brief Introduction

Dr Manpreet Kaur joined PAU as Assistant Professor on 25.6.2010 after completing B.Sc in 1996 and M.Sc. in 1999 from Punjabi University Patiala and Ph.D. degree in Materials Chemistry in 2005 from GNDU Amritsar India. She joined as Associate Professor on 25.10.2020 and Professor on 25.10.2023 and working till date. She is working as Co-cordinator external examination since 2024(till date) and member academic committee of College of Basic Sciences and Humanities. She has research and teaching experience of 21 years. She has handled major research project as PI and published 63 research papers of international repute, presented 25 papers in National and International conferences, one text book on Physical Chemistry two laboratory manuals and three book chapters. She has formulated and revised 16 Chemistry courses. She has guided 24 M.Sc. and 07 PhD students. Her research interest is ferrite-based composites for environmental applications.
