Brief Introduction

Dr. Rashmi Arora joined PAU as Assistant Professor on 04.01.2021after completing B.Tech (Mech. Engg.) from GianiZail Singh College of Engineering and Technology. Bathinda affiliated to Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar in 2005 and M.E. (CAD/CAM & Robotics) from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala in 2008. She did her PhD (Robotics-Hybrid Manipulators) from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala in 2018. She has worked with Thapar University, Patiala as Lecturer (contractual) from 2008 – 2009. She has worked with Chandigarh University, Gharuan (Mohali) as Assistant Professor from 2016 – 2019 and as Associate Professor from 2019 – 2020. She joined as Assistant Professor on 04.01.2021 (till date).Her field of specialization is Robotics. She is currently working on one project funded by  SERB-DST as Co-PI from September 2023 onwards.
