Dr. Khushdeep Dharni is working as Professor (Business Management) in School of Business Studies, Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana. He completed B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) from Punjabi University Patiala in 1996. He holds MBA degree from Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana and PhD from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology Patiala. Prior to joining the academics, he worked with Trident Group.  He has more than 25 years of teaching experience. He has guided seven PhD students and 83 MBA/MBA (Agri Business) students. He has authored 02 books, 17 book chapters, 61 research papers, and 102 extension articles. He has delivered 26 TV/Radio talks and 393 extension/invitation lectures. He has conducted research in a variety of domains including R&D Management in Manufacturing Sector of India, Business Planning and Sustainability of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) in Punjab, and Supply Chain Issues for the Beekeepers of Punjab. He has also worked on establishing Value Chain of Mash Crop in Punjab. His research interests include Agri Business and Supply Chain Management, Intellectual Property Management, and Data Mining & Business Analytics.  Dr. Dharni is working as Associate Director, Technology Marketing & IPR Cell of the University. Previously, he has also handled the charge of Associate Director, University Counselling and Placement Guidance Cell.
