Brief Introduction

Dr. Sarishma Sharma joined as Teaching Assistant in SBS, PAU on 24th October, 2019. She completed her B.Com from Govt. College for Women, Ludhiana (Panjab University, Chandigarh) in 2009 and MBA (Financial Management) from PAU in 2011. She did her Ph.D. (Business Administration) from PAU in 2016. She worked as Assistant Manager in Axis Bank Ltd. from 2011-2012. She has worked as Assistant Professor in Khalsa College for Women, Ludhiana from 2016- 2019. She joined as Teaching Assistant in School of Business Studies, PAU on 24.10.2019. Her field of specialization is Financial Management and areas of interest are financial management and Intellectual Capital. She has published 13 research papers in national and international journals, published 1 book chapter and presented 11 papers in national and international conferences. She has delivered 4 lectures to guide farmers and entrepreneurs related to financial management. Presently, she is the member of the teaching committee of School of Business Studies.
