Brief Introduction

Dr. Ankit Sharma joined PAU as Assistant Professor (Agricultural Engineering) on 30.08.2013 after completing Btech (Agricultural Engineering) from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana 2006 and Mtech (Farm Power and Machinery) from PAU in 2008. He did his PhD (Farm Machinery and Power Engineering) from SKUAST-J, Jammu in 2022. He has also worked in Department of Farm Machinery and Power Engineering as Senior Research Fellow and Research Fellow from 2008-2013. He joined as Assistant Professor on 30.08.2013 at PAU KVK Mansa and presently working as Scientist (FMPE) in Department of Farm Machinery and Power Engineering, PAU, Ludhiana. His field of specialization is Farm Machinery and Power Engineering. He is working on Design, Development and Testing of Farm Machinery. He has published 40 research papers in national and international journals. He is a life member of Indian Society of Agricultural Engineers (ISAE).
