After joining as Olericulturist (w.e.f. 11 th June 2018) in the School of Organic Farming, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana started working on organic and natural farming of vegetable crops and also working as associated scientist with All-India Co-ordinated Research Project on Integrated Farming Systems and Network Project on Organic Farming. Currently 1 project (as Co-PI) is in hand and involved in 4 product testing scheme. Published 17 research papers, 25 extension articles, 3 book chapters and delivered 7 TV &Camp; 4 Radio talks. Currently guiding three M.Sc students, one M.Sc student has completed degree and thesis title was “Production potential of onion based cropping system under organic and natural farming practices”. Participated in 9 National and International conferences/meetings. Four recommendations have been included in the package of practices for mass adoption by the farmers under Punjab conditions.

Awards and Recognitions:

1. Awarded INSPIRE (Innovation in Scientific Pursuit for Inspired Research) Fellowship by Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India for pursuing Ph.D. Vegetable Science (2013-2017).
2. Qualified Agricultural Scientist Recruitment Board (ASRB)-ICAR National Eligibility Test (NET) in Vegetable Science (2014).
3. University Merit Scholarship during B.Sc and M.Sc.
