Applications from the eligible candidates are invited for the three positions of Research Assistant @ Rs.37,000/- p.m. (fixed) on contractual basis provided in the scheme entitled “An Evaluation of the Utilization and Impact of Samagra Shiksha Funding in Government Schools of Punjab” Misc-162 (PC-5461) for the period of six months or till the termination of the scheme whichever is earlier and subject to the availability of funds.

Essential Qualifications:

1. B.Sc. (Hons) Community Science/ Home Science with minimum OCPA of 6.00/10.00 basis or 60% marks.

2. M.Sc. in Home Science Extension Education/ Extension Education and Communication Management or Human Development/ Human Development & Family Studies) with minimum OCPA of 6.50/10.00 or 65% marks.

3. UGC NET qualified/ Ph.D.

Note-I : Desirable : Working knowledge of Microsoft office.

The applications complete in all respects on prescribed form (form attached) to the undersigned with a bank draft of Rs.200/- (in favour of Comptroller, PAU, Ludhiana) giving full particulars of your qualification, experience, contact number, address etc. along with self-attested copies of all certificates should be submitted to this office on or before 10^th February, 2026. Incomplete applications not supported with the requisite documents will not be entertained. The candidates should appear for the interview in the office of the undersigned on 11^th February, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. No separate information for interview will be sent and no TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
