Auction Notice

It is hereby informed to the general public that an open auction of crop cut grains and crop varietal mixtures (as is, where is) will be conducted at “Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Faridkot” on 12-02-2026 at 11:00 a.m.

Any person interested in participating in this auction may reach Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Faridkot on the above-mentioned date and time to take part.

The details are as follows:

Terms and Conditions:

1. The auction may be cancelled without assigning any reason.

2. 100% payment for the material must be made on the spot.

3. The purchased material must be lifted within one week.

4. The cost of loading the goods will be borne by the bidder.

5. The bidder must bring his own gunny bags (bardana) for packing.

6. Market fee, sales tax, or any other applicable charges shall be borne by the purchaser.

ਹਰ ਆਮ ਅਤੇ ਖਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ, ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ੀ ਵਿਗਿਆਨ ਕੇਂਦਰ,ਫਰੀਦਕੋਟ ਵਲੋਂ, ੲਧੲ ਨਸ/ ਪੋ;ਹਾ ਦੇ ਕੱਟ ਗਰੇਨ/ਅੰਡਰਸਾਈਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਕਸਚਰ (ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੈ ਜਿਥੇ ਹੈ) ਦੀ ਨਿਲਾਮੀ ਮਿਤੀ 12.02.2026 ਨੂੰ ਖੁੱਲੀ ਬੋਲੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਵੇਰਵਾ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੈ।ਜੋ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਇਸ ਨਿਲਾਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮਿਤੀ 12.02.2026  ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 11:00 ਵਜੇ ਇਸ ਨਿਲਾਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਸਰਤਾਂ
1.    ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵੱਲੋ ਨਿਲਾਮੀ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੇ ਰੱਦ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
2.    ਜਿਣਸ ਦੀ ਰਕਮ ਦਾ 100 ਪ੍ਰਤੀਸਤ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
3.    ਜਿਣਸ ਦੀ ਚੁਕਾਈ ਇੱਕ ਹਫਤੇ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ-ਅੰਦਰ ਕਰਨੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
4.    ਚੁਕਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਲਦਾਈ ਦਾ ਖਰਚਾ ਬੋਲੀਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
5.    ਚੁਕਾਈ ਲਈ ਬਾਰਦਾਨਾਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਲਿਆਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
6.    ਮਾਰਕੀਟ ਫੀਸ, ਸੇਲ ਟੈਕਸ ਜਾਂ ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦਾ ਖਰਚਾ ਖਰੀਦਦਾਰ ਦਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
