The School of Agricultural Biotechnology has basic infrastructural research facilities for carrying out research on various aspects of Agricultural Biotechnology. School is located in three-story building with 4 Research Labs., 15 offices of single span, one dark room, two UG Labs., two lecture rooms and a Store. Various laboratories include; plant tissue culture labs, plant transformation labs, molecular biology laboratories, molecular cytogenetic laboratory, genome editing laboratory, genomics laboratories, and incubation rooms (temperature, humidity, light controlled facility) and Bioinformatics teaching laboratory. Additionally, there are several greenhouses, screen houses, transgenic glasshouses, and experimental field areas. School of Agricultural Biotechnology has a fully functional Bioinformatics Centre sanctioned by the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Govt. of India from November 1998 as a part of Biotechnology Information System (BTIS) Network, providing   bioinformatics support to university.
