Dr. Anoop Kumar Dixit did his B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering) from the College of Agricultural Engineering, GBPUA&T, Pantnagar in 1993, M.Tech. (Farm Power and Machinery) from PAU in 1996 and Ph.D. (Farm Machinery and Power Engineering) in 2006 from PAU. He joined the department in 1997 as Assistant Research Engineer and promoted to Research Engineer in April, 2006. Presently working as the Principal investigator & Principal Scientist of the research project AICRP on FIM. He have developed number of new technologies (15) which have been recommended by the University. He have published about 114 national and international research paper, 56 extension articles, 1 book, and 22 manual/bulletin/success story and has presented research papers in over 45 conferences. He has guided three Ph.D. and five M.Tech. students for research work. He was awarded with various awards like Fellow of The Institution of Engineers (India), Fellow by Indian Society of Agricultural Engineers and many others.
