Brief Introduction

Apoorv Prakash did his his B. Tech. (Agril. Engg.) from Allahabad Agricultural Institute – Deemed University, Allahabad in 2007. M. Tech. (Agril. Engg.), from Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur in 2009. He had completed his PhD (Farm Machinery & Power Engineering) from PAU, Ludhiana in the year 2023. He joined PAU as Assistant Professor (Agricultural Engineering) at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sangrur in the year 2013. He joined DFMPE, PAU as Assistant Production Engineer in the year 2016, and is associated with diverse research projects dedicated to precision agriculture and resource conservation technologies. Presently working as Scientist in the research project AICRP on FIM. Six technologies co-developed by him have been recommended by PAU. His research has been published as 27 research papers, 5 extended abstracts, 15 extension articles and few research/extension bulletins. He has received IEI Young Engineers Award from Institution of Engineers (India) in 2019.
