PAU, Ludhiana (1992) and Ph.D. in Economics, GNDU, Amritsar (2016). He joined PAU in 1996 as a District Extension Scientist (FM). His major area of research has remained Famers’ Distress and Cost of Cultivation. He has taught various courses related to Agricultural Economics at UG as well as PG levels
