Brief Introduction

Dr. Hina Goyal joined as Teaching Assistant (English) in the Department of Agricultural Journalism, Languages & Culture, PAU, Ludhiana, on 24.09.2015. She graduated with English Honours from Government College for Women, Ludhiana (2003) and did her Masters in English from Panjab University, Chandigarh (2006). She did her M.Phil. (English) from H.P. University, Shimla (2008) and PhD (English) from Sri Guru Granth Sahib World University, Fatehgarh Sahib (2021). She has also done a One Year Certificate Course in French from PAU,Ludhiana (2020) and PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication from IGNOU (2025). 

Previously, she has worked with Khalsa College for Women, Civil Lines, Ludhiana as an Asst. Prof. (English) from 2007-2009 and has contributed her services as Head, Dept. of English, Trinity College, Jalandhar (2009-2015). She has scripted 1 documentary; edited 3 books, 1 bulletin; authored 3 books, 1 biography, 1 manual, 2 book chapters; has 12 research paper publications in national and international journals; presented 15 papers in national and international conferences; delivered expert talks on various platforms to hone soft skills of students and academic professionals. Presently, she is the Section Editor (English) of PAU Magazine ‘Parwaaz’.
