Brief Introduction

Completed B.Sc. Agriculture (Hons.) in 2012, M.Sc. (Soil Science) in 2014 and Ph.D. (Soil Science) in 2019 from PAU. Joined PAU in 2020 as Soil Chemist in the AICRP on Micro- and Secondary Nutrients and Pollutant Elements in Soils and plants. Working  upon the soil testing scheme for farmers of the state to estimate the micronutrients in soils of Punjab. Additionally, she has also been working as Co-PI in project “Testing Bio-efficacy of NAYAZINCTM  (Zinc polyphosphate) as zinc fertiliser for soil application in low-land transplanted paddy) cultivation funded by Rallis India Private Limited” and Contractual Research Network Project entitled “Evaluation of Efficacy of Sulphur, Magnesium, and Micronutrients Containing Complex Fertilizers for Maximizing Yield through Balanced Nutrition of Important Crops grown in India”,  funded by M/s SML Limited. Since 2020, she has been working as a Soil Chemist in the Department of Soil Science, PAU, Ludhiana, and presently, acting as Co-PI in the areas of AICRP on Micro- and Secondary Nutrients and Pollutant Elements in Soils and plants.
