Dr. Lakhwinder Kaur joined PAU as Assistant Professor on 20.4.2018 after completing B.Sc. (Agri), PAU, Ludhiana (2003), M.Sc.( Ext. Edu.) PAU, Ludhiana (2007), Ph.D ( Ext. Edu.) PAU, Ludhiana (2014). She has guided 2 M.Sc students, published 25 research papers in national and international journals. She has organized 39 farmers’ trainings, 20 frontline demonstrations and 14 field days to promote improved farm technologies. She has also conducted 8 surveys to assess training needs and adoption constraints faced by the farmers. She has delivered17 lectures at place of posting and 19 outside place of posting. She has delivered 2 radio talks, published 3 extension articles, contributed to promote and sale of PAU recommended crop varieties
