Dr.Mandeep Sharma joined as Assistant Professor (Home Science) at KrishiVigyan Kendra, Hoshiarpur on November 15th, 2013 and got transferred to KVK, Ropar on July 7th, 2017 and then KVK Fatehgarh Sahib on March 1st 2019. Then she transferred to Department of Extension Education and Communication Management, College of Community Science, PAU, Ludhiana on August 17th 2021 under the scheme R & E-31.1 (PC-1066.1). She has conducted 308 frontline demonstrations, 8 on farm trials, 12 surveys, 7 single visit surveys, 35 lectures at the place of posting, 121 lectures outside the place of posting, 13 radio talks, 6 TV talks, 16 exhibitions, 23 field visits, 64 (one day trainings), 8 (2-3 days trainings), 1 (two weeks training) and 1 (one month training). She has published 7 research papers in different journals. She has made 2 oral and 2 poster presentations in 3 conferencesShe is life member of 3 societies. She is Executive Councillor of Indian Society of Extension Education, New Delhi. In addition to above, she popularized the PAU solar energy gadgets among the farmers and farm women due to her efforts, 27 solar cookers and one solar dryer were adopted by farm families. She has taught 50 UG (with 50.5 credit hours) and 16  PG level courses (with 10.5 credit hours) during assessment period.She is the advisor of 23 UG and 2 PG students and advisory committee member of 6 PG students.
