Dr. ManjotKaur is presently working as Scientist in the Department of Extension Education and Communication Management, Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana, Punjab, India. She has worked as RA under various projects funded by various agencies like NIOS, AICRP and NASF, ICAR. She has around six years of experience in the field of teaching, research and extension. Her field of specialization is capacity building of farm women. gender equity and women empowerment. Her major responsibility is research along with teaching and extension. She has published 20 research papers, 10 popular articles and several book chapters. Besides presenting research papers in several International and National conferences/ seminars, she has taught many of the undergraduate and few post graduate courses also. Presently she is guiding three M.Sc students for their research work.
