Dr. Navdeep Aggarwal joined PAU as Assistant Professor on 11.12.2002 after completing B.Tech  from PAU, Ludhiana  in 1995, MBA from PAU, Ludhiana in 1997 and PhD (Business Administration) from GNDU, Amritsar in 2002. Before that he taught at PIMT, Mandi Gobindgarh and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. He was promoted as Associate Professor on 11.12.2014 and Professor on 11.12.2017. His field of specialization is Financial  Management and the areas of interest include investment management, risk management, financial literacy and financial inclusion. He has completed two externally funded research projects by agencies including UGC and DST. Already 7 PhDs and more than 125 MBA students have completed their degree programmes under his guidance as major advisor. He has published more than 50 research papers in national and foreign reputed journals. Dr Aggarwal has been the incharge of the industrial internship of the MBA students for the last 12 years. He is a member of a number of committees formed for better financial management of the University. He is also a member of the Finance Management Committee of the GADVASU.
