Brief Introduction

Dr. Navneet Kaur Gill joined Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) as a Teaching Assistant on 16th September 2024. She holds a B.Tech. degree in Information Technology from Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Engineering College, Fatehgarh Sahib (2008), followed by an MBA in IT Networking and Marketing (2010) and a Ph.D. in Business Management, both from LM Thapar School of Management, Thapar University, Patiala. She has also qualified UGC-NET in the field of Management, reflecting her strong academic foundation and research acumen. Her areas of specialization include Information Systems and Marketing. With over 9 years of rich teaching experience at both national and international institutions, she has successfully mentored diverse community of undergraduate and postgraduate students. Notably, she has worked as an intern at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Mohali, where she contributed to two high-impact research projects-one funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the other by the Government of Punjab.  Since her joining at PAU, she has actively contributed to the entrepreneurial ecosystem by delivering insightful lectures to agripreneurs on marketing strategies and business development. She currently serves as a member of the Research Committee at the School of Business Studies and is also entrusted with the important responsibility of updating and maintaining alumni records, fostering a strong and connected academic community.
