Dr. R.K Dubey, joined this University as Asstt Prof.  of landscaping in 2003 and now working as Prof. of Landscaping. He was in charge of PAU Campus landscaping as well as Landscape Nursery of the University for about 20 years. He is Chairman of Teaching Committee of the department and has taught 23 UG/PG courses. He has guided 40 (9 Ph.D. and 31 M.Sc.) students as major advisor. He has demonstrated excellent skill in research and has handled 07 externally funded projects as PI/Co-PI from DBT/DST/PWSSB etc. He is associated with release of two ornamental crop varieties (cv. Mother Teresa of Chrysanthemum & Punjab Gainda No. 1 of Marigold). He has standardized six production technology on flower/ornamental crops. He has published 89 research papers, 4 books, 20 book chapters, 2 teaching manuals and 22 extension articles. He has delivered 145 extension lectures/TV/Radio talks. He has attended 48 International/National Conferences/Symposia along with 14 trainings/workshops. He is life members of five Professional Societies and Editorial board member of three societies. He is associated with Prasar Vigyan division of DST, New Delhi has prepared two documentaries on production of Rose Sharbat for nutritional and livelihood security for farmers and farm women.
