Dr. Sukhmani joined PAU on 24th May, 2012 as Assistant Professor (Business Management) in School of Business Studies. She completed her B.Com. (2002), MBA (2004) and Ph.D (2010) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She worked as Assistant Professor for 6 years and 9 months in Apeejay Institute of Management Technical Campus from 2005-2012. She has guided 7 Ph.Ds and 80 MBA/MBA (AB) students. She completed one Major Research Project as Principal Investigator funded by UGC. She also developed a teaching manual for MBA/MBA (AB) students for Quantitative & Optimization Techniques for Economics & Management. She has contributed in 71 research papers and has participated in various seminars and conferences at national level. She has delivered 62 extension lectures for various stakeholders of the university. She is also the member for various committees at university, college and department levels.
