Dr Sunil Garg is a faculty member in the Department of Soil and Water Engineering at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Ludhiana, since January 1, 1996. With expertise spanning teaching, research, and extension, he served as Research Engineer from 2005 to 2011 and currently holds the position of Professor. He has guided numerous undergraduate and postgraduate students and played a key role in several ICAR-sponsored research projects, including serving as Project Coordinator. Dr Garg presently manages the NABL-accredited Pump Testing Centre at PAU and coordinates External Examinations for the College of Agricultural Engineering & Technology. His contributions reflect a deep commitment to sustainable water management, agricultural engineering innovation, and academic excellence. He is a recipient of the Bharat Jyoti Award, and under his guidance, the Punjab Chapter of ISAE at PAU was honoured with the Best Chapter Award.
