Brief Introduction

Dr. Urvashi joined PAU as Chemist on 24.05.2018 after completing BSc (Medical) from Govt. College for Girls, Ludhiana in 2004, M.Sc. (Chemistry) from Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana in 2006. She did her PhD (Chemistry) from PAU, Ludhiana in 2016. Her field of specialization is Natural Product Chemistry. She has guided 9 MSc and 1 PhD students as major advisor, published 44 research papers in National and International journals. She has also contributed 06 book chapters in books published by leading scientific publishers like Royal Society of Chemistry, Springer and Elsevier etc. She is coordinator of COBS&H for Alumni related information.
