    • Maintains collections of wood specimens.
    • Serves as a reference hub for teaching, research, and student training in forestry.

     

  • Agroforestry Laboratory
      • Equipped for studies on tree–crop interactions and soil fertility.
      • Facilitates research on ecological sustainability, climate resilience, and productivity of agroforestry systems.
    • Plant Protection Laboratory
       
        • Provides infrastructure for entomological and pathological investigations.
        • Supports research on insect pests, diseases, natural enemies, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies in forestry systems.

          • Specialized facility for clonal propagation and nursery research.
          • Enable conservation of elite germplasm, production of disease-free planting stock and large-scale multiplication of tree species
