2. Patent Granted on” Magnetic Field Assisted Freezing Process For Horticultural Produce filed by by Dr. Mahesh Kumar, Maninder Kaur, P. Sethi and Derminder Singh (Patent No. 562871, dated 19-03-2025).

Technology Commercialized: 02 Companies Hybrid Hydroponics Technology 02 companies (LS Industries, Solan and M/S Kain Agro innovations, Delhi) @ 2.5 lac each + GST thereby earning resources of 5 lac for PAU. Visited Dubai in Nov 2024 (on their invitation to start the hydroponics project at Abu Dhabi for M/S LS Industries with whom PAU has MOU for patented hybrid hydroponics technology.
