Mr. Amit Kumar joined PAU in the year 2005 in Mohinder Singh Randhawa Library as Assistant Librarian. He has done her B. Lib & Inf. Sc. and M. Lib & Inf. Sc. from Panjab University, Chandigarh, with distinction. He has a total experience of 25 years serving in academic libraries. He has attended and organized various training programmes/seminars/conferences. He has delivered various lectures on Library & Information Services and Research & Publication Ethics. He is PAU Nodal Officer for One Nation One Subscription (ONOS) is a one-stop digital library in India with institutional access to global research in various academic disciplines. He actively participated in implementation of KOHA. He has also actively participated in automation, digitization and implementation of RFID technology in the Library.

Teaching :

He has a teaching experience of 14 years. He has been teaching PG courses – Library and Information Services (PGS501) and Research and Publication Ethics (RPE501/RPE 601) to master degree students of PAU.
