Dear Candidate,

I am glad to inform you that the UG Convocation-cum-Prize Distribution Function, being organized jointly by College of Agricultural Engineering & Technology and College of Community Science, will be held on November 21, 2025 at 10.00 a.m. in Dr Manmohan Singh Auditorium, PAU, Ludhiana. The students of B.Sc. (Hons) Community Science/ B.Sc. (Hons) Home Science/ B.Sc. (Hons) Fashion Designing/ B.Sc. (Hons) Interior Design/ B.Sc. (Hons) Nutrition and Dietetics, who have completed their degree during year 2019 to 2024, are invited to attend the Convocation and receive their degrees. It is further intimated that the interested candidates must attend the rehearsal on 20^th November, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in Dr Manmohan Singh Auditorium, PAU, Ludhiana.  A candidate who does not attend the rehearsal on 20^th November, 2025 shall not be allowed to attend the Convocation on 21^st November, 2025.

A copy of the instructions to be followed by the candidates at the time of Convocation and its rehearsal, is enclosed herewith.  A reply slip is also attached.   Please fill up and post it to reach this office by October 15, 2025 or e-mail the same at the following email IDs:
