Subject: Preparation of Seniority Lists for allotment of houses at PAU Campus effective from 01.01.2026.

The Seniority Lists for allotment of houses at PAU Campus effective from 01.01.2026 are to be prepared by this office. It is, therefore, requested that applications of teachers/ employees working in your office who are interested for allotment of house at PAU as per their eligibility may submit their applications in their respective controlling officer/Deans/Directors/HODs by 16.01.2026 and further they will sent their applications to this office along with service Book by 20.01.2026.

It is intimated that separate application forms should be filled in by the applicant for different types of houses and an employee cannot apply more than 2 categories/types of houses.

The date of eligibility be worked out and mentioned on the application form.

The seniority list effective from 01.01.2026 will remain in force till 31.12.2026.

Incomplete applications, applications without Service Book and applications received after 20.01.2026 will not be entertained.
