Note:

The term of Ombudsperson shall be for a period of 3 years or until he/she attains the age of 70 years, whichever is earlier, from the date of assuming office, and shall be eligible for reappointment for another one term.
The term of Chairperson and Member shall be a period of two years
The term of Special Invitee shall be one year.
